MAKING A RETURN
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to up to 45 days after the date of purchase. Please refer to the table below for more details:

- Customers who wish to make a return should visit our Returns Center to submit a returns request
- Once your return is approved, you will either receive a prepaid return label or you will receive an address where you can mail your return.
- Securely pack all of the merchandise you would like to return in a box, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.
- Affix the prepaid label and drop off your package at any USPS shipping facility (US Returns) or at the carrier facility of your choice (International Returns). Make note of the tracking number for your own records.
- Once we have received and processed your return, an email notification will be generated.
Please note: all domestic returns are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of shipping for international returns.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of the incident.
Once we have received and processed your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
After 5-7 business days, if you have yet to receive your refund, please follow the below steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@wilmae.com.
