MAKING A RETURN

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you would like to return your unused and unopened merchandise, you can return it back to up to 45 days after the date of purchase. Please refer to the table below for more details:

DOMESTIC (US) RETURNS:
Please see the below instructions for returning an item:
  • Customers who wish to make a return should visit our Returns Center by clicking the button below.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions.
  • Securely pack all of the merchandise you would like to return in a box, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.  
  • Drop off your package at any USPS shipping facility. Make note of the tracking number for your own records.  
  • Once we have received and processed your return, an email notification will be sent.

Please note: all domestic returns are subject to a $5.45 restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

    Please see the below instructions for returning an item:
    • International customers who wish to make a return should submit a request using the button below.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive an address where you can mail your return.
    • Securely pack all of the merchandise you would like to return in a box, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.  
    • Drop off your package at the carrier facility of your choice. Make note of the tracking number for your own records.  
    • Once we have received and processed your return, an email notification will be sent.

    Please note: we do not cover the cost of shipping for international returns at this time.

    MISSING + DAMAGED ITEMS

    Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of the incident. 

    REFUNDS

    Once we have received and processed your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

    After 5-7 business days, if you have yet to receive your refund, please follow the below steps:

    • First, check your bank account again.
    • Next, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@wilmae.com.

    EXCHANGES

    We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

    We are more than happy to honor a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full-price within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in stock at the time of the price adjustment. We are unable to honor a price adjustment on items purchased on a special discounted promotion or on final sale.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an address where you can mail your items. Please note: we do not cover the costs of return shipping for international orders at this time.
